Parure Store Gift Card

Give the gift of choice.

The Parure Store gift card allows the person of your choice to discover our selection of brands in-store or online.

How does it work?

1. Choose the amount of your gift card, then select "In-store pickup" when ordering. This avoids delivery fees for a standard item.

2. After validation, please provide us with the recipient's full name so we can activate their card.

In-store use

The recipient can come directly to the store.

We will create a customer account in their name and credit it with the gifted amount so they can use it freely for their purchases.

If they already have an account with us, the amount will simply be added to their existing balance.

Online use on www.parure.store

For online use, we will generate a one-time discount code, corresponding to the total amount of the gift card.

This code will allow them to place their order with ease.

We prepare and ship your orders on the same day, from Monday to Saturday, for all orders placed before 7 PM.

Delivery is handled by La Poste Colissimo, with an average observed delivery time of 2 to 3 working days for metropolitan France. However, these times may vary as we depend on postal services.

Each package is carefully wrapped to ensure the best protection for your items. In case of any issue upon receipt, our team remains available to assist you and find a quick solution.

Regarding returns, these are at the customer's expense and must be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt. It is essential to notify us in advance by email at contact@parure.store and wait for our instructions before any return.

⚠️ We do not accept returns of damaged or already worn items. We accept returns of items within a maximum of 14 days.
