Based in Lyon, Encré offers a refined and sustainable wardrobe, produced in small batches. The brand highlights its artisanal expertise through in-house embroidery, the signature of each piece.

Delivery is handled by La Poste Colissimo, with an average observed delivery time of 2 to 3 working days for metropolitan France. However, these times may vary as we depend on postal services.

Regarding returns, these are at the customer's expense and must be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt. It is essential to notify us in advance by email at contact@parure.store and wait for our instructions before any return.
