About the Encré brand

Founded in Lyon, Encré develops a sober and sustainable wardrobe in small series. Each piece is customized with an artisanal embroidery or print made in the Lyon workshop, asserting a simple, contemporary and authentic style.

We prepare and ship your orders on the same day, from Monday to Saturday, for all orders placed before 7 PM.

Delivery is handled by La Poste Colissimo, with an average observed delivery time of 2 to 3 working days for metropolitan France. However, these times may vary as we depend on postal services.

Each package is carefully wrapped to ensure the best protection for your items. In case of any issue upon receipt, our team remains available to assist you and find a quick solution.

Regarding returns, these are at the customer's expense and must be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt. It is essential to notify us in advance by email at contact@parure.store and wait for our instructions before any return.

⚠️ We do not accept returns of damaged or already worn items. We accept returns of items within a maximum of 14 days.
